The Oddities & Curiosities Expo – San Diego

The Oddities & Curiosities Expo is a travelling oddities event. Vendors showcase wet specimens, taxidermy, animal bones, antiques, weird jewelry, unusual art, and all-around bizarre items. Local artisans and entertainers can be found at each event – no two events are the same!

Taxidermy classes are also offered at each event for an additional $200 fee.

Preserve Halloween Festival

The Halloween Preservation Society is dedicated to the education, appreciation, observance, and recognition of the diverse history and practices associated with the holiday of Halloween.

With the Preserve Halloween Festival, the Halloween Preservation Society hopes to bring back the memories associated with Halloween through a variety of activities, celebrity guest appearances, panels, a variety of vendors, and screenings – all in an environment fostering the love we all have for October 31st.

Haunters Against Hate: The Event

Haunters Against Hate is a non-profit corporation that gives LGBTQ haunters a voice to express themselves and the challenges they face in life and the haunt community. Premiering in 2021, Haunters Against Hate: The Event is a weekend horror & Halloween event mixed with an LGBTQ festival. Participants will celebrate price, horror, and scaring in an accepting and welcoming environment.

Profits will be donated to various LGBTQ youth organizations.

The event features vendor booths, celebrity guests, seminars, and workshops. A Saturday night Awards Ceremony will present the HAH Legacy Award HAH Haunter of the Year Award, and the Jesse McDonald HAH Memorial Award.

Texas Frightmare Weekend

Texas Frightmare Weekend is presented by Arrow Video. The event takes place annually in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Texas Frightmare Weekend hosts celebrity appearances, autograph signings, screenings, exclusive parties and horror memorabilia vendors from all over the country. They also feature Texas filmmakers and rising horror talent via screenings, panel discussions, and Q&As.

Scarefest

ScareFest has quickly become the largest event of its kind in the country. It is held annually in a nearly 90,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art convention center in Lexington, KY. The show draws fans from all over the country for three days of horror. paranormal & other fandom filled entertainment. Fans can shop from 150+ unique and unusual vendors; meet and get autographs from their favorite stars of horror movies as well as many other genres, attend workshops, seminars, Q&A panels to learn more about the fields they love; watch the newest in independent horror and paranormal documentaries; party the night away EARLY at the Thursday Launch Party, Friday’s VIP party, Saturday’s Costume Ball, or bring the whole family for a Rockin’ Kids Day on Sunday! Founded in 2011, Niagara Falls Comic Con is Canadaโ€™s premiere celebration of all things pop culture.
