For the odd individuals who have space on their bookshelves, this Spooky Carnival DIY Book Nook by Make Market<\/strong><\/a> is a fun project to try. This illuminated vintage-style design depicts a spooky carnival complete with a creepy carousel and food stands run by skulls and Jack-o’-lanterns. My last foray into book nooks didn’t work out too well. This one, however, looks much more geared towards beginners for a less-frustrating experience.<\/p>

The finished product is 4.9″ x 5.6″ x 10.4″ and it required AAA batteries for the included LEDs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Every year Michael’s offers new paper pads for Halloween paper crafters. This year I am in love with the Vintage Spirits Paper Pad<\/strong><\/a> and Cozy Conjuring Nightfall Paper Pad<\/strong><\/a>, both by Recollections. Each pad comes with 24 single-sided sheets.<\/p>

The Vintage Spirits Paper Pad features playful black cats, grinning jack-o’-lanterns, ghosts, and skulls. These sheets will add vintage Halloween cheer to your scrapbook pages or papercrafts. These designs are also available in an 8.5″ x 11″ 90-sheet pad<\/a>.<\/p>
