There is nothing better than setting the mood for your day with a curated playlist.<\/li>\n \t<li>Burn incense or a fall-scented candle. I always stock up on a few dozen pumpkin spice incense sticks from a local spiritual store near my hometown every time I visit. The smell always reminds me of fall mornings at a pumpkin patch.<\/li>\n \t<li>Sit near a window to gaze at nature.<\/li>\n \t<li>Sip a hot drink. This is a great time to take one of my <a href=\"https:\/\/thehorrorofbeingemily.com\/blog\/hot-cocoa-bombs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hot cocoa bombs<\/a> from the freezer!<\/li>\n \t<li>Take a moment to write in my journal. I write down my thoughts for the day. Sometimes I will write a paragraph or two for a short story.
