Autumn is here and it’s time to break out my favorite Fall fashion looks. Fall flannel, spooky sweaters, red carpet rock – I love to show off all my spooky outfits. Here are some of my favorite looks over the years.

The Outfits

As you can see from my outfits over the years, there are a few fall fashion trends I love:

Flannel – especially reds and greens. They are comfy and help take the chill out of those cool autumn evenings
Black Leggings – Nothing works better with oversized sweaters or under dresses. They are light but still keep you warm in the evenings.
Boots – black, brown, or skeleton heels, boots elevate any outfit for the spooky season.
Autumn Colors – oranges and reds mirror the changing leaves and instantly give off those fall vibes.
Spooky Accessories – From purses, to earrings, to hair accessories, I love to plus every outfit with extra Halloween-themed touches.

Spooky Accessories

In my earlier post about Summerween fashion, I mentioned how accessories can take an outfit from standard to spooky. For this post, I want to highlight three shops I love to browse for the perfect spooky accessories. I am constantly on the lookout for cool new pieces to plus my wardrobe and daily looks. These shops have a fun variety, with plenty of options for lovers of horror & Halloween.

Kreepsville

From dresses to purses to accessories, Kreepsville has an ever-changing lineup of horror & Halloween-themed merch. I particularly love their various belts, which help to define my figure and add shape to larger dresses and shirts. I bought their Silver Bat Belt over 6 years ago and still keep it in regular rotation. I have been eyeing their Trick or Treat Pumpkin Belt and put it on my Christmas list (size Small/Medium if you want to be my Krampus this year!).

They also carry many officially licensed pieces from Elvira, Tales from the Crypt, Vampira, and more.

Beachside Bits NSB

I am always on the lookout for new earrings. Whenever I go to a vendor market or convention, I come home with at least 2-3 new pairs. Today I want to share with you a new vendor I recently discovered on Etsy that I absolutely love.

The artist behind Beachside Bits NSB is Crystal. Her designs encapsulate a whimsically spooky feeling. These are lightweight pieces (as they are made with acrylic), allowing you to wear them for casual outings or spooky soirees. My personal favorite styles are her Spooky Halloween Ferris Wheel Earrings and Glitter Bat Halloween Earrings.

Pair Eyewear

If you follow my Instagram, you have probably seen quite a few of my Halloween-themed eyeglass top frames. Being near-sighted, I cannot go about my day without glasses. Although I always used to get a new pair every other year, over 730 days with the same look felt like forever. A couple years ago, I finally broke down and tried Pair Eyewear. I was leery of how magnetic top frames would hold up, but I can say that 99% of the time they stay on with no trouble and I have not yet lost a single top-frame.

What’s really neat about these glasses is that they have an awesome Halloween and Autumn collection each year (and throughout the year a few spooky pieces pop up in their other collections). I can switch up my look daily – and as long as I stay with my frame shape (I get the “Ella”), I can re-use the same top frames each time I get a new pair with an updated prescription.
